My name is Georgie Holyoake and I specialise in assisting athletes, sportspeople and people who are looking to improve their general fitness and personal wellbeing. I work collaboratively with my clients in achieving their Personal Goals and Sporting Performance targets through tailored programmes that combine both exercise and nutrition. At Sports Performance and Nutrition our mission is to provide innovative bespoke advice linked to improving your sporting performance, optimising your health, improving personal wellbeing and controlling weight, both gain and loss.
Everyone has an individual level up optimum nutrition, there is “no one size fits all” as what’s good for one person may not be right for another. Therefore, all my programmes and consultations are confidential and bespoke to the individual, ensuring that the maximum gains can be achieved resulting in your personal goals and expectations being met.
