My Story

Meet Georgie

My name is Georgie Holyoake and I specialise in assisting athletes, sportspeople and people who are looking to improve their general fitness and personal wellbeing. I work collaboratively with my clients in achieving their Personal Goals and Sporting Performance targets through tailored programmes that combine both exercise and nutrition. At Sports Performance and Nutrition our mission is to provide innovative bespoke advice linked to improving your sporting performance, optimising your health, improving personal wellbeing and controlling weight, both gain and loss.

Everyone has an individual level up optimum nutrition, there is “no one size fits all” as what’s good for one person may not be right for another. Therefore, all my programmes and consultations are confidential and bespoke to the individual, ensuring that the maximum gains can be achieved resulting in your personal goals and expectations being met.

My aim is to establish strategies, routines and personalised programmes that suit your needs, creating longer term gains and a more consistent approach to personal improvement.

About Georgie Holyoake

I’m in my final year studying for a BSc(Hons) degree in Sports Exercise & Nutrition at Birmingham City University. I’m passionate about healthy eating and helping people achieve their personal goals particularly with sports men and woman who are looking for those “marginal gains” to take their performance to the highest levels.

I have experience working with a number of sports teams including Kidderminster Harriers FC, Worcester Warriors Rugby Club and currently with Forest Green Rovers FC, the first Vegan FA registered club. My experience with these teams include developing weight loss programmes, improving personal BMI, designing meal plans to optimise performance levels, conducting fitness tests and sessions with academy players and those pushing to breakthrough into the First Teams.
